It is important to note that everything is second hand so nothing is brand new or perfect and that is what makes vintage so unique and exciting - they have had a past life! Whilst we only source pieces that are in re-sellable condition, any little fault or missing bead or button etc is specified in the items’ description or photographed.

We get all our vintage designer bags authenticated before resale at The Real Authentication or Authenticate First.

As for postage, there is a $10 postage fee at checkout which will cover Australia parcel post. We send our items in a compostable post bag and use Australia Post labels so you can expect a tracking number which you can track online. Please allow up to 4-5 business days for your item to be posted and we will send out a tracking number to the email you provided.

We ask you understand and accept that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. So please purchase with special care and consideration.

Whilst we are very confident you will love your new vintage item, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your product and think it is different from it’s description please contact us and we can discuss a solution.
