Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We kindly ask that you purchase with care and consideration, taking the time to review all photographs, descriptions and measurements provided before placing your order.

Should your piece not be quite right for you, you are more than welcome to re-list it for resale. We are happy for our original product photographs and description to be used on third-party resale platforms to assist in finding your piece a new home.

Domestic Shipping
Our $12 shipping fee covers standard shipping with Australia Post, including tracking and insurance. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your item to be dispatched.

US Shipping
All US orders are shipped at a flat rate of $80 AUD, which includes tracking and insurance. Applicable US tariffs, duties and customs charges are calculated and collected at checkout, allowing us to handle the import process on your behalf with no additional customs payments required by the customer.

All Other International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
All other international orders are shipped at a flat rate of $80 AUD, which includes tracking and insurance.

It is important to note - international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. They typically range from 5 to 25% of the imported goods’ value. We recommend familiarising yourself with your country’s import requirements and potential charges prior to purchasing, as these costs are outside of our control and we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

Authentication
We get all our vintage designer bags and accessories authenticated via The Real Authentication or Authenticate First (unless specified otherwise) and authentication documents will be emailed to the buyer.
