Thank you for stopping by and extending the life of pre-loved and reworked pieces!
It is important to note that everything, including our reworked items and bridal range, are second-hand and may show gentle signs of wear. Any notable imperfections are specified in the items’ description.
Authentication
We get all our vintage designer bags and accessories authenticated via The Real Authentication or Authenticate First (unless specified otherwise) and authentication documents will be emailed to the buyer.
Postage
Our $12 postage fee covers Australia parcel post. We send our items in a compostable post bag and use Australia Post labels so parcels can be tracked online. Please allow up to 5 business days for your item to be shipped.
Return Policy
We ask you understand and accept that all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please purchase with special care and consideration.
Whilst we are very confident you will love your new vintage item, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your product and think it is different from it’s description please contact us and we can discuss a solution.
Reworked Beads
Our reworked beads are all handmade by Iona from recycled and thrifted beads as well as premium materials like sterling silver or silver plated finishings. Beads may have slight imperfections or subtle differences due to the nature of recycled beads. Beads behave best when treated gently. Our quality assurance policy offers complimentary repairs on any faulty goods within 60 days of purchase.
Bridal
We do not accept returns on bridal so please purchase with special care and consideration. We do offer bridal fittings in our studio, however we do not hold dresses that are newly released on the website. In the event of a dress not being quite right - we do give full permission for our photos to be re-used for resale purposes on another selling platform.
U.S Customers
Due to the import tarrifs on all international orders shipped into the USA (10% on all items over $100), a 10% handling fee will be calculated and automatically added at checkout to cover the cost of these import taxes. This 10% fee will be added on top of the $60 flat rate shipping cost to the U.S which covers standard shipping with Australia Post including insurance and tracking. Once the flat rate shipping fee and the 10% charge is paid at checkout there will be no hidden or additional charges for the customer to pay. We, as a business, will handle the tarrif process on our end to ensure the item will clear at customs and make it’s way safely to your door.
